Welcome

Villa Carina Apartments would like to keep you informed about how to travel to Bonaire during Covid-19.

For the latest update on traveling to Bonaire, see the following link; https://www.bonairecrisis.com/qas-reizen-naar-bonaire/

Bonaire has a relatively small society, with limited healthcare capacity. Now that the borders are open again, Bonaire asks for your cooperation to keep the risk of infections as small as possible.

  • Keep 1.5 meters away from anyone who is not your roommate. If it is not possible to keep 1.5 meters away, use a non-medical (homemade) mouth-nose mask or a surgical mouth mask

  • Stick to social distance and hygiene measures.

  • Stay at the property and call the Public Health Department
    0800-0800 if you suffer from:
    • Colds in the nose
    • Running nose
    • To sneeze
    • Sore throat
    • Cough
    • Stuffiness
    • Elevation
    • Fever
    • Sudden loss of smell or taste
    • has received a quarantine measure from the Department of Public Health
    • The Public Health Department determines whether a test is necessary. You must stay in your room until the test result is known.

What are we doing about Covid-19?
  • We are small-scale and all rooms are separated from each other, each has its own access. 1.5 meters away is therefore no problem.
  • You will find a hand sanitizer in every room.
  • After guests have checked out, we clean the rooms extra thoroughly,
  • The air conditioning is disinfected after every stay.
  • Our pool is a magna pool, we will slightly increase the chlorine content but keep it within safety standards.

Our cleaning protocol Covid-19 has been approved by the Rijksdienst Ondernemend Nederland. We clean all rooms according to local standard and with an environmentally friendly fabric and you are safe with us!
